Consumer-Initiated Messaging: By initiating a text conversation with LoopStart Technologies to any of our text-enabled numbers, you are agreeing to receive conversational messages from us. Msg & data rates may apply. We will never share your texting information with third parties for the purposes of marketing or promotional campaigns, nor will we utilize automated delivery mechanisms for unsolicited texts. Because of the nature of conversational traffic, Message frequency may vary. You may unsubscribe at any time by sending the word “STOP”. You may also send the word “HELP” for more detailed assistance.

 

Verbal Opt-In: LoopStart Technologies may also collect a verbal Opt-In or Opt-Out from our customers. Customers will be able to Opt-In to receive messages either in person at our physical location(s), or via a phone call if the customer calls us. When a customer is registering with us, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if they would like to Opt-In to SMS-based communication. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates from their carrier may apply”, “Message frequency may vary due to the nature of conversational interaction”, “Text HELP at any time for assistance”, and “Text STOP or call us to unsubscribe at any time.” They are further informed that “SMS traffic with us is primarily conversational in nature, and never transmitted by an automated system (with the exception of voicemail notifications, which users manually enable from within their individual portal interface). Customers will also be informed that their phone number will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
