Queue Night Mode

The ability to shut down a queue and send inbound calls to an alternate destination. This function can operate either automatically (based on a TimeFrame), or manually (pressing a BLF button or dialing a feature code). This feature is limited to certain user Scopes, to prevent unauthorized access.
