The ability to disconnect a DID/TFN from within the NetSapiens portal. Reseller can enable this feature for Customer Managers as well, if desired. If enabled for Customer Managers, Resellers receive activity notifications. Numbers disconnected by the customer are still available for reactivation in the event of an accidental disconnect.
The ability for the Reseller to set/adjust their own monthly call count at any time during the billing cycle, from within the NetSapiens portal. The highest setting saved in a given month, is what is billed for that month.

The ability to create short-dialing for an e.164 Dial Plan. If configured (and if no overlap), the last 7-digits of an extension may be internally dialed instead of the full 11-digit number.
The ability to restrict inbound/outbound calls if the CallerID is not formatted in a legal-permissible format. This feature does not confirm sending identity, as that is handled by the STIR/SHAKEN feature. Examples of improperly formatted Caller ID: less than 10-digit extension number, Toll Free number, Restricted Area Codes (200, 555, etc), or numbers containing an NXX of 555.
